Essential oils?

Safe to use essential oils during pregnancy, right? Not ingesting, just thinking about trying in some cleaning products, etc. Thanks in advance!

Many essential oil are safe but some are not! Try to do some research on the oils you would like to use before you expose yourself to them. But soooo many can be helpful and much safer than nasty cleaning chemicals.

in the first trimester you have to be very careful with them especially if you put them on the skin. you better do research for each one you want to use since different plant of the same groyp can jave different effect. i would suggest waiting fpr the second trimester.  but look them up first. if you want me to help with some research you can send me a pv message!
