Sooo I’m currently on my weight loss journey and I’ve lost about 15 pounds so far but if I continue my journey and lose like 90 pounds more will I lose my ass and boobs ? 😢😢 I weigh 229 right now I’m trying to get to 150 btw!

Are you doing just cardio? If yes, your gonna lose your boos and ass
If your doing cardio and weight training than you gonna keep them.

I never lossed my butt when i lossed my weight. i lossed 65lbs pounds. But I did go from a DDD to a unhappy C cup lol. I did cardio and cut out carbs. No weight lifting or squats. But on the other hand big butts run in my family, so idk.

Some people can be stick thin & still have big boobs, others lose their boobs first if they lose weight. You'll have to lose weight to find out what happens for you personally!

Don’t hold this against me if I’m wrong. But if you’re lifting weights, especially when doing squats, I think you’ll be okay with your glute area. Unfortunately, I’m not sure there’s much you can do about your boobs. You can definitely do pectoral workouts but I’m not sure if that would do much.

Sadly you might but some woman get lucky and can keep it by toning up as well or by pure luck ... I’m petite but lost a lot of weight before and my boobs stayed .. good luck hun!!!
