Needing help
So, long story short ladies, up until about 2 years ago I have weighed 140-145 all my life. It was a good weight for me, I was happy with myself. Now, I weigh 200lbs & I am finally at the point that I am miserable with myself. I was diagnosed with PCOS a little over a year ago, suffered a miscarriage in December and honestly have not been taking care of myself the way I should have been. I need tips and help on getting started on this weight loss journey. I could really use some advice on eating healthier, exercise, etc. thanks in advance!
