Can an hcg level of 145,300 during 7w1d indicate twins?
I have been having crazy symptoms for the past two weeks. Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, cramping, gas...you name it. I was diagnosed yesterday with Hyperemesis Gravidarum at the hospital emergency room. They suggested I book my ultrasound, and mentioned that my HCG levels were very high so I’m definitely pregnant (it was my first blood test). My GP won’t do a scan for me until 12 weeks so I can’t really know what is really happening until then.
Anyone have twins and get high hcg levels like me?
