19 weeks, advice?

Okay, 19 weeks here and I’ve gotten this sudden tiredness and unbearable headaches. The headaches last for days and I don’t know what to do anymore. I have an appointment coming up to meet with my doctor but any advice on what I can do in the meantime to ease my pains? Thank you!

Answer

Try a cold compress on the base of your skull that should alleviate some of your headache pain. Avoid stuff like caffeine, soda, chocolate, cheese and pickles as well as they can aggravate and cause migraines and headaches. Hope you feel better soon.
