Anyone's sore boobs go away at like 5-6 weeks?

I had sore boobs with my first so I tested a day or two later and got a bfp, a couple days after that my sore boobs were gone lol don’t worry symptoms come and go :)

No it doesn’t mean MC. I had a missed MC at 16 weeks and I still had all my symptoms and felt 100% pregnant even though baby was inside me passed away for 2 weeks. Symptoms will come and go. My boobs didn’t even hurt one bit until the third tri with my second daughter, and I haven’t really had any symptoms either and she’s 100% healthy.
