I have pcos. My periods not really regular but for the last 6-7 months its been regular within the week. Right now im 47 days late and this morning when I wiped there was blood, not very much as I didnt even see any in my panties. Of course I thought it was my period, but I havent had any blood show up when I wipe or pee since, which is abnormal for me. Usually if it had been my period with it being so late Id have had horrible cramps and heavy bleeding. I took a pregnancy test a few weeks back and it was negative. Before I get my hope up to take another I want other experiences or thoughts from you ladies.

My symtoms: some nausea, back ache, cant sleep, very uncomfortable, my muscles have been achy, passing gas alot lately, obviously the missed period, headaches, unusual spotting, light cramps that switch sides
