Fitness problems


I’ve been trying for a couple years to get in shape and it’s been quite a process. I get sick easily so I’ll sometimes go for a month or two without working out, putting me back where I started.

I’ve recently noticed changes in being able to run longer but that’s about it. My weight hasn’t changed at all and I can’t help but feel like I’m doing something wrong. I eat pretty healthy, but I do drink and I have a bit of a sweet tooth. Does anyone have advice? I’m getting close to giving up
