Well before anyones says “breastfeeding is better for the baby” Yes I know !! I planned on it however I just had a stillborn baby two days ago. Yes I’m ok my grieving comes and goes but My question stands ... what can I do to stop the supply? I finally noticed some leaking in my bra and my breast are swollen and literally hard to the touch in some areas, almost as if it were rocks in there. From what i could google I know to wear tight sports bras but some are saying i need to release the milk by pumping. If I desperately have to i will its just that my pump is in my son’s nursery and Im just not ready to go back in there right now. Any info you have is helpful.
