I am currently 12w2d and today I started feeling some pain on my lower right side today. it's not extremely painful but just enough to be uncomfortable. I feel it when I walk, like kinda of a pull if that make sense. Also when I pee i feel the pain, when I'm laying down depending on my position sometimes i feel it and sometimes I don't. This is my first pregnancy and I don't know what to expect because I'm a diabetic and due to that I'm high risk. Any advice would help. Thank you.
