Pregnant again?

Hello ladies. After my PP appt I had one regular period. A week before my period was due I spotted for two days. I’m 15 days late and took a pregnancy test that says bfn. I’m not taking any birth control and we’re using the withdrawal method. My baby is 3 months old. Anyone else go through this? Idc even if I am pregnant. I just hate not knowing.

I am 4 months pp and also had used the withdraw method. (Not breastfeeding) had one reg period at 3 months pp and didn't have one this month( my period were always irregular anyways before and in between both babies. I decided to test because I felt off and was having mild dizzy spells so I tested and got a positive, called same day to ob and had a blood test done. Good luck
