Personally proud and why not!

Tynka

My last pregnancy I doubled my body weight, personally for me it made me sad, woman thing I guess. Was hard to loose and feel good. Yes, my now nearly 3 year old is the best thing ever, no doubt about it!

The weight I gained did cause a few problems during pregnancy and labour, soooo... this time .... I made changes.

Free weekly gym at hospital helps(snapped my ACL and PCL beginning of the year, still snapped now), great team of physios who encourage workouts including HIIT and my horse riding(motivation has slightly fizzled out after a day’s hard graft on farm but steed Mimika still gets some form of exercise daily even if I’m not on top), only twice weekly ridden... it’s been so hot but does ease my lower back pain.

I try and eat as healthy as possible(obviously I have treats!!) and do daily(ish) lunges and squats.

No, it’s not for everyone, I just wanted to make changes.

Baby at 32 weeks is measuring spot and a right wriggler!

I have been slammed for doing what I do many times by “non professionals/know it all’s”, mainly woman. Which I find sad and a bit “mean girl like”. If you don’t like what you see, don’t comment. I am personally proud, it’s not been easy. Especially with only one good knee.

This isn’t to show off or upset people, no for nasty comments BUT for like minded people.
