Opinions on double wedding?

Thinking about being the center of attention gives me anxiety. I could barely handle my son’s baby shower. We thought about just going to the courthouse but then i get FOM syndrome lol was going to suggest to my brother and his fiancée a double wedding. Of course I wouldn’t push it if they said no. Just doesn’t hurt to ask.

Have a very small, intimate wedding. You don’t have to invite a ton of people.

Just have a Tiny wedding! Parents/siblings. Or elope! I would go back and do it smaller for the wedding part. Our reception was a blast though.

We did a courthouse wedding with our closest friends and then partied in Vegas afterwards. Definitely no fears of missing out over here. It was perfect since I had an extreme fear of walking down the aisle. We still got dressed up and did photos and stuff.

My best friend and her sister had a double wedding. I thought it was weird but it was actually really beautiful and now they get to share the same anniversary. The pictures are really awesome because they helped each other into their dresses and their mom help with their hair or whatever. I say ask! Like you said it never hurts to.

this is me right now! I hate being in the center of attention but my fiance and I are getting married in 2 months and 19 days with 240 guest invited. I am so not looking forward to it but I am excited to be married. the good thing I'd about your wedding is as long as your fiance is okay not doing something then you dont have to.

we actually have a friend that has anxiety about being in the center of attention so she limited her wedding to just a few people. but opened her reception to more people but they forgo all the extra thing ie the announcement of mr. and mrs., first dances, father daughter or mother son dances. they just had a great dinner and danced with everyone on the dance floor. they let the photographer capture the intimate moments and it was pretty perfect for them.
