SPD pain unbearable!
I wake up in the middle of the night in pain, it feels like my entire pelvis is throbbing in pain. I can't roll in bed because my hips just won't let me and my pelvis "pops" and hurts so bad. I can't get up from sitting like at all, and it's terrible because I have a 14 month old who is always on the move. When will this end??? NEVER had hip pain this bad with my daughter
