Would you go into the emergency

I have been having palpitations every single day. As soon as I move or do anything I get them and they are seriously unbearable uncomfortable. They don’t hurt but I feel like I am loosing my breath. I am 28w with twins. I have had them throughout my whole pregnancy but hey have gotten a lot worse. Anytime I eat anything they happen
