aching stretch marks?

past the stage of itching and ripping my skin apart, now my stretch marks actually ache. the skin itself feels tender and bruised. anyone else??

I have 13 year old stretch marks lol haven’t gotten any new ones they are not dark. I am not itchy like I was with my 1st.
