painful bruised nipple
I've been exclusively breastfeeding (lo is 2 weeks) and the past couple of days I have noticed this bruising that seems to be getting worse. it started as just one tiny spot and not it's about an inch in length. any advice on how to get it to go away or to prevent it from getting worse?? thanks in advance ❤
