Can I drink coffee while breastfeeding 🤱?

Yea, but I would limit it to one cup because too much caffeine can make your baby gassy. I wouldn’t recommend drinking it late in the day either.

I mean I've been breastfeeding 4+ years straight between 2 kids and pregnancy. I never drank coffee Pregant BUT I did my daily large iced coffee with turbo shot after birth
 and I'mma get it the day I give birth. I'm bring my kuerig to the hospital lol

Did you drink coffee while pregnant? My lactation consultant said because I drank like 3 cups a day that my baby would be used to it.
It MIGHT depending how much you drink, disrupt babies sleep pattern (from too much caffeine) but if that happens just stop drinking it / cut back 👍🏻
