Anyone else love the copper coil *because* you get your period and know you’re not pregnant? 😂

I mean I can’t use hormonal birth control so I have the copper coil. And although no periods would definitely be a big bonus, at least with the copper coil a massive upside is that I still get regular monthly periods and can affirm that an accident hasn’t occurred for that month lol.
Anyone else think like this?

Normally I would say yes and agree with you… But I’m five days late for my period so I’m not overly excited at the moment. 😅

Hahahahahhaha. I had it because it was the only form of birth control I could use and the first 6 months were fine and then my periods got irregular and I would spot on and off for a month and the next would be normal and I was in soooooo much pain not just when I had my period but throughout the month. I got it removed and everything is back to normal thank god. It was the worst. Only cuz it’s non hormonal doesn’t mean it won’t wreak havoc
