When I passed my 24 week glucose test.. ?

I’m 29 weeks now...Only reason I’m asking is I am having incredible thirst all the time to the point I can hardly eat dinner cause I’m so full of water. Even when I chug 4 glasses of water and I’m super full I am still thirsty and will drink water until it hurts😫 idk if it’s from the heat or pregnancy or what? I’ve read that it could be a sign of GD but I passed it?
