pregnancy after miscarriage.

So on June 11th I miscarried at 7 weeks and 5 days. bleed for a week then started doing the ovulation tests. I had gotten negatives up untill the 13 of July. since then I have recieved positive results, with peak results on clear blue advanced. then the other day when I came home to test I decided to test both since the last time was the first of the month and got a negative on the hcg. Both strips came up positive a minute in. I don't know if I can get excited before the doctor confirms it and don't even know how far along I am. anyone else in the same boat?
