TMI i thought i had started my period at 9 months pp with my son. but i have questions

I have not had a my af due to breastfeeding had intercourse on the 8th of July. is this the start of my period coming back or could this be implantion the strechy clear stuff and how light and no clots has me thinking I could be pregnant Al so with other things that make me feel like I could be pregnant the smells gums bleeding being nauseous slight strange cravings
