DIY Gender Test

So, I’m staying away from Sneak Peek (no blood pricks for me, thanks), and I’ll be going to a private ultrasound around 13-16 weeks for an actual gender scan, but at nearly 11 weeks now, I wanted to try the DIY gender test with baking soda. It didn’t fizz, indicating a girl. I have done the test not-pregnant for a control base (didn’t fizz) and twice since early pregnancy (both fizzed up like a beer foam), so it’s really interesting for me to see it go back to being flat again. I got fox’s hb on the fetal doppler just this morning so, I know she’s in there wiggling around. I am really hoping for a girl and curious how many ladies tried the baking soda test with accurate results? I’m still debating on ordering intelligender, but since I didn’t test on that not-pregnant, I’d find the results less reliable scientifically.
