Yes, but it was much worse with my first pregnancy. I miscarried and we never found out the gender, but I think that was probably a boy pregnancy because this time I'm having a girl.

Almost none with my first (felt a little nauseous when I woke up, but once I ate I was okay).
 
This one (#2) it was all day until almost 14 weeks.  And then it has been off and on for weeks at a time since then (24 weeks now).  Fun fun.

With my first I had it severely til labor. With my second I haven’t had it at all and I’m 36 weeks.
