Question

So a friend of mine posted this on fb.... and I’m confused.. how does being (having?) celiac, and having something with gluten bad for the baby? I’m not trying to be mean or trying to be disrespectful but I am truly trying to seek an answer. I don’t have it and I’ve never heard of a person having it and getting prego how it could terminate the pregnancy..
