Can you overfeed a exclusively breastfed baby?

My two month old nurses frequently. About an hour to hour and a half between feedings. And I’ve noticed when I go to burp him sometimes he will spit up some of the milk. And it’s very thin like water. Doesn’t seem to bother him, but he is on baby Zantac. He does go long stretches overnight without feeding though. He can sleep a solid four to five hours without waking again to feed.

You cannot overfeed a breastfed baby. 
Sometimes they suck for comfort, other times they are signaling your breasts to make more for a growth spurt coming, or they're hungry!

Babies usually nurse when they’re hungry. Sometimes for comfort but if that, it’s usually not much. They self pace. The spitting up a little could just be positioning. My daughter did the same thing. She never did it often. But it went away about 3.5m

If baby is very distractible (pulling off the breast to look around) or fussy at the breast, he may swallow air and spit up more often.

Question, is your milk coming out kinda watery too all the time too? He might be feeding a lot because he’s only getting foremilk instead of hindmilk.. hindmilk is a lot fattier and usually keeps babies full longer so it could be one reason..
