My number one love language is “touch” but so is “words of affirmation”. I love everything that encompasses touch — cuddling, hand holding, scratching each other’s backs, and sex. I also love to talk and being reassured through words. 
So, I guess if we had sex, cuddled and then talked all night, that would be my best kind of intimate.

My fiancé and I enjoy having really deep conversations that can last 2-3 hours. I love picking his brain on subjects he may or may not be familiar with. I love listening to his opinions, even if ours differ. We talk about subjects as light as his favorite beer or heavy topics such as politics and religion. Intimacy for us is definitely talking and learning new things about one another, even after 2 years of being together. Sex is of course full of passion, but mostly fun. As for cuddling, my fiancé loves to cuddle and I'll cuddle with him, but I'm not a huge fan of cuddling all the time.
