lice.....

so my sister and told me that my niece has lice eggs I've checked my kids and they're clear but now I'm super paranoid I don't know what to do, should i treat my kids? should I treat my self ??? we all were together for 2 hours and only hugged goodbye I checked the kids and all is clear ahhhhhhhhhhh
