Oral?

ladies I need some advice and support. my fiance and I have been together for over a year now, yes I know we haven't been together very long to be engaged but it's how we feel, but I perform oral on him almost every day, dont get me wrong, I enjoy doing it but hes only eaten me out 3 times...in a year

..I dont know what I'm doing wrong? he hasnt said anything negative about doing it, he just always promises to do it and doesnt do it and he will always talk about the sex he had with his other girls way before we met. he doesnt do it to hurt me and has reduced how much he talks about it, but i just feel at a loss. any advice on how to talk about it?
