Cramping while pregnant?

I've been having slight cramping from 5DPO until now, which I am now 20DPO and found out I'm pregnant today. Should I be worried?​

I had it from the get go and still get it now at 14w xx

I have it on and off too, I think it's fine as long as it's not severe and for a long period of time (could be an ectopic pregnancy and an emergency!) or associated with bleeding :-)
