Hi everyone! This is my first month using ovulation tests. I noticed that my apps changed my fertile period for June after I logged af for July so I thought it would be a bit easier to just use the kit. I am a bit confused as to when to test during the day. My test kit says to test with fmu however I've seen a lot of people and articles saying to avoid fmu and test in the afternoon. Any advice?
