I refuse to buy anything before 12 weeks as to me it bad juju.

Diapers! Everyone keeps saying that every time we get paid, buy a box of diapers! That way when the baby is here you’ll have some and it won’t be such a financial kick in the crotch. We are buying wipes too!

Clothes. The first big purchase was a glider that was on clearance at Target.

With my son I think the first thing we bought was actually a pack of diapers and from there we got a little bit of clothing but we tried not to buy too much because we ended up having 2 baby showers thrown for us. With this one we only need diapers/wipes, a crib and some clothing. My family is buying us a crib as a gift for the baby but we haven’t bought anything yet. I don’t really plan on it until we know what we’re having. If we have another boy we’re almost set on clothing from our first. If it’s a girl we’ll definitely need clothing.
