Is constipation an early sign?
I'm not sure exactly when I ovulated but I am CD 24 out of 30ish and the last few days I have had some weird symptoms!! but constipation has been one of the most uncomfortable ones, along side lower back pain. I've tried everything! Lots of water, fiber, senna, coffee but nothing is helping 😥😥
