Blood
3.5 weeks postpartum, lochia is not bloody anymore. I just passed a painful poo though and there was blood all over the toilet and my bum. It's not bleeding now, and I'm sure it was a burst hemorrhoid but do I need to go to the hospital? The whole toilet was bright red. I'd post a picture but nobody wants to see that
