Need Help!!!

I need some advice. So I’m 18 and my husband is 20 and we are trying to conceive. I had the birth control implant (Nexplanon) for 3 years and I had it taken out in January of this year. Ever since I got it taken out my husband and I have been trying. We are having unprotected sex and I am taking prenatal vitamins I’m also taking ovulations tests and nothing is working. I am having regular periods but it seems like I’m not ovulating. I’m using this app to track it and when it says I am ovulating I’m usually not. I check my CM and it’s not the way it’s supposed to be while ovulating. I just don’t know what else to do. My husband and I want to conceive but it’s like everything we are doing is not working. Please any Tips or Advice would be greatly appreciated!! ****Pic for attention. 💙💚
