My case—Rude representative. Please read and give advice..?

Okay so long story short. Ive been calling my case a lot this month because their notices are absolutely crazy and they don’t make sense to me. I don’t want to get into the notices because it’s alottttt. But since i’m under my moms mycase (i’m 18 w a baby) i can call. I’m over age, and since her mycase is in spanish there’s always a lady that answers. Same lady, i’ve memorized her voice and could recognize it every time she calls me back (long wait—35 min) last call she called me back and said “hi is this _______” I said no this is her daughter _____” She said “could you tell ______ that My case has called and we would like to reach her. And i said “Uhm everytime i call which has been well over 20 times the representative answers all my questions” SHE CUT ME OFF. while i was saying this she was saying “thank you have a...” i stopped her and said THIS IS HER DAUGHTER AND I HAVE A COUPLE QUESTIONS. MY MOTHER IS IN THE HOUSE AND KNOWS IM CALLING (i always tell my mom i call before i do so) she said “well uh are you authorized” i said “obviously i’m under her case” and then she proceeded to seem bothered and answered my questions like she didn’t want to. I’m very upset about this because this was last week and i just called again because they’re asking for things i already sent in and something else which i can’t find a form for. But anyways if she answers again can i request to talk to someone else? Can i let her know we don’t want to speak to her again if we call?

quick update— did i mention that i got a text everytime there was a new notice and my mom got the email? AFTER the call my number was deleted off the account for text messages alert. I swear it was this bitch.
