Worried !

So I found out I was pregnant about a week and a half a go I haven’t had an ultrasound yet they estimated my due date until I get one as of today I’m about 5 weeks and 2 days . I went pee about 15 mins ago and I wiped and I had a dark red mucusy string looking thing and I wiped again and it was light pink . But I’m currently not bleeding and if I wipe I don’t have anything .. anyone know what it is or what should I do ??
