how many formula bottles do I give my breastfed baby

this question is for all the mothers that breastfeed and supplement with formula I am barely starting to do that for my daughter today so far I have given her 1/4 oz bottle I was wondering how many bottles a day did you guys start off with while transferring to formula I want to breastfeed my baby but not so much I want to be able to formula feed her as well but I don't know how to go about any of it I am a FTM any advice is very well appreciated thank you
