Severe cramps
Alright Ladies, for the last three nights I’ve been waking up everything 4 hours with severe cramps. I usually take ibuprofen and use a heating pad.
Does anyone have any tips to alleviate pain? I don’t have a flow yet.. just really awful cramps.
