Wanna try making jewelry, need help with what to buy!!

So I wanna attempt to make jewelry, but I don’t want to spend a ridiculous amount of money if I find out it’s not for me. What are some of the bare essential tools I need to get for it? I know I’ll need chain, those loop things to attach the jewelry, hook and eyes, probably needle nose pliers?
