Late/missed period

It’s been 18 days since I last ovulated would I be able to tell whether I’m pregnant or not? My period is 6 days late on my other app and 4 days on this one. My last period was June 21-26 I had sex on July 3rd which was one of my ovulation days . I’ve taken 4 preg test and they all say negative. Here’s a zoomed in picture. My period is abt 6 days so if the other app is accurate I’ve basically missed my period .
