So this is my second pregnancy. During my first, I barely exercised (I walked almost every single day but that was it). I was fit before the baby but after the baby, I gained quite a bit of weight. First because of the Nexplanon contraceptive implant (which I HIGHLY advise against) but then because I was a stay-at-home mom who had nowhere to go during the day and a fiancé who absolutely refused to try any food that wasn’t covered in butter, cheese, or some kind of sugary sauce. I gained weight pretty quickly but I soon looked up exercises that I could do after pregnancy. I learned that there’s a condition that some women get where their abdomen muscles spread apart and apparently if you have that you’re supposed to do special exercises and avoid others (like crunches). Unfortunately I have no idea if I have that.

Anyway, I’m now 11 weeks pregnant and idk maybe like 235lbs (I don’t have a scale) but I’d really like to try to exercise... anyone have any advice?? Please I’d appreciate any knowledge right now! Thank you!
