Once they've seen you and taken your bloods for screening and medical history, they will refer you to your hospital of choice for your antenatal care and scans...

It wasn't bright until the next day? Hmm... Well I don't believe an evap would be bright like that... I'd assume it's positive but I could be wrong. Test again soon! If you're that late you should be able to test in the afternoon and get at least a faint line.
