Chronic constipation

Let’s talk chronic constipation. Anyone else’s little one effected? We have tried suppositories (which work temporary), prunes, juices, barium enema, small bowel with contrast, milk of magnesia daily, and clean outs. Nothing changes. Anyone’s little diagnosed later with Hirschsprungs?

My baby was breast fed and pooped every other day until about 2 months. Then it went to every three days until about 7 months. Then it went to 5-7 days when we eventually gave a suppository.

Now we have gave milk of mag every day for a month and we are still not going but every 4 days when I end up giving a suppository.

Doctors don’t seem to take me seriously. He’s so small. Has poor growth but his on his own growth curve they say. He hasn’t grown in length since 6 months. I know something is wrong but I just keep getting shoved to the side it seems.

Any ideas/experiences/help?!?!?
