Cried for 2+ hours!

My LO is 2 months old and has been extremely fussy since about 10pm last night. She has been inconsolable. We’ve changed diaper fed her. Given gripe water and use Dr Brown bottles. I couldn’t call her last night unless she was physically touching me. Her dad just call me at work and said she cried for two hours straight! Clean diaper and had been fed. She has an appointment tomorrow for her 2 month check and shots. Should I be worried until then? Is there something wrong?
