Alright so I’ve been seeing this advertisement for Blue Apron (a meal kit service) on 2 different platforms now. All the comments seem to have the same theme: vegans and vegetarians saying that it gross, bad advertisement, they won’t buy (even though they have vegetarian meal plans) and overall just not happy. Some comments are triggered, some are just people stating their opinion.

Do you guys think it was bad advertisement on the company’s part? Or do you think people need to relax? I personally think it was bad advertisement because the cut of meat looks gross, but not because I’m vegetarian.

EDIT: I didn’t meant to misuse the word “triggered” and I apologize. I used it because I saw people literally comment “this triggers me” which I agree is ridiculous.
