It’s not much, but it’s the beginning of something great. I started to workout because I was so unhappy in my weight. I felt so unhealthy. I was weak and tired all the time. I felt big! I wanted to wear a dress and not feel uncomfortable in my own skin! Ever feel that way? I didn’t like it. I knew it was time for a change. I started at planet fitness this past February, 2 to 3 times a week. Eventually I joined orange theory fitness in June and bought a bike. I felt like it was time to challenge myself even more. I have gained more muscle so I have put on an extra 2 pounds since I’ve started at Orange theory and biking during the weekends. But I feel stronger and stronger every day. I know I have a long journey ahead and just wanted to share that it’s possible. I changed my diet some. I started eating more organic and trying to cut out fatty foods. It’s not easy I’ve had my slip ups. But working out and staying consistent with it is the key. Can’t wait to see where else this journey takes me.
