Which show do you think is worse emotionally and as far as characters dying off?

My friend and I have a bet because I just recently started watching game of thrones and said it couldn’t be worse than Grey’s..he disagrees so for those of you ladies who watch both, what do you think?

Um, haven’t watched those so maybe Death Note??? But I have an actual problem that I talk to my therapist about where I get super emotionally attached to characters and when they die or something bad happens to them I fall in a state of depression, but L was one of my worst low points in that area so I would say Death Note.

Honestly I’m game of thrones all character deaths feel worthless. Just bring them back to life like Jon Snow. (Unless I’m being dumb and I missed some rules or something)
