My 3 mo old has no interest in people or toys. She constantly moves her head and looks all around but will only look at me/DH and other people very rarely. She also looks right past toys and won’t move her arms to try to interact/grasp then. She will stare at lights/fans. Is this normal for a 3 mo old or should she be doing these things by now? FTM am no idea what’s normal!
