My birth story

So today after 39+6 days of waiting i finally delivered my babyboy. I had NO signs of going into labor besides the fact that i had lost my mucus plug 3 days b4. Today i woke up and when i wiped i saw alot of bright red blood on the toilet paper so i cleaned myself up & tried to go back to sleep but as soon as i laid down the contractions began... They started every 7 mins & then 5 mins & then 3. i couldnt take it anymore they were horrible... I woke up my husband & gave him 5 mins to change. We live 20 mins away from the hospital but the ride over here was no joke... When i got here the nurse checked me & i was at 7cm dialated & when i got up i had a BIG gush of nothing but blood come down my legs & all over the floor & i was given a room asap. I wanted an epidural REALLY bad but by the time they got me to my room i was 9cm dialated 100% effaced so no time for epidural. It was the most pain ive ever felt... 30 minutes later my son Julian Ray was born at 9:50 am on my sisters bday! My contractions started at 7:45am & i had him in my arms at 9:50... My labor went really fast. Thank God everything went good. Good luck to all the moms to be and wishing everyone a safe and fast delivery.
